Whether investors are aiming for good, green jobs as part of a Just Transition, or putting inclusion firmly at the centre of their net zero and green economy strategies, applying a gender and equity lens has the potential to amplify the power of those investments. This session explored how, by integrating diversity into investment design and governance, allocators can promote equitable access to capital and ownership of solutions for the communities that need them most.

Vanessa Roanhorse

Roanhorse Consulting (RCLLC) is an indigenous women-led think tank. Vanessa provides leadership and oversight over the entire portfolio of work as well as leads key strategies focused on ecosystem building, access to capital and community-led economic development activities.

Tracy Gray

Ms. Gray is the Founder and Managing Partner of The 22 Fund (The 22), an impact, early-growth equity firm with a mission of growing intergenerational wealth and creating the clean, quality jobs of the future by increasing the global competitiveness of manufacturing companies, intentionally targeting women- and BIPOC-owned businesses.

Tara Sabre Collier

Tara Sabre Collier is a sustainable finance advisor to governments and development finance institutions, including leading ecosystem building for MOBILIST, the UK government’s flagship climate finance mobilisation programme, which invests in developing economy sustainable finance products and takes them to IPO. In addition to advising other impact investors and funds, she is a Visiting Fellow at Said Business School, Oxford University and an angel investor focusing on BIPOC-led impact ventures.
