> Who is coming?
Delegates are decision-makers and experts from across the investment spectrum, either already actively moving capital with a gender lens, or on the verge of breaking ground. Participants include leaders and decision-makers from fund and asset managers, foundations and family offices, development finance institutions and multilateral banks, corporations, pension funds, policy makers, financial intermediaries, international NGOs engaged in impact investing, gender experts, and ecosystem builders, as well as research and ratings firms.
We are also joined by a set of inspiring entrepreneurs and those on the demand side of capital, ensuring their voice is heard at the table. And we are committed to gender balance and geographic diversity, ensuring diverse representation from across the globe.
> How do I get an invitation to the Summit?
The Gender-Smart Investing Summit is an invite-only forum and our delegates are hand-selected by a committee. We curate our invitation list to maximise the diversity of voices, geographies, backgrounds, and experiences, all in an effort to advance our overall objective of facilitating the deployment of more gender-smart capital globally.
More information on our registration process can be found here
> Can I propose delegates?
The delegation selection committee prioritise individuals influencing the movement of significant capital, regardless of asset class, sector or geography. If you have someone to recommend please send their details to Programme Assistant Stella McKenna.
> Can I bring a guest to any of the Summit’s sessions?
Due to limited capacity, guests are not permitted to attend.
> How many people can attend from my organisation?
We are keen to curate a diverse mix of voices, experiences, and skillsets at the Summit, so we are limiting the forum to one or two delegates per organisation, with exceptions made for major supporters and underwriters.
> Can someone take my place at the Summit if I can no longer attend?
While the invitation is specific to each person, we review transfer requests on a case-by-case basis. Please submit your request to Programme Assistant Stella McKenna.
> Will I be able to pitch at the summit?
The Summit is a pitch-free space. It is a place to share ideas and collaborate, but not to actively seek funding.
> How do I get to the venue?
Please note that all events are for registered delegates only. A venue map can be downloaded here
